  1. We make an appointment to measure the property. Typically measurement takes between 25 minutes and 1 hour depending upon house size and complexity.
  2. We use our measurements and hand sketch to create a digital floorplan on the computer. We triple-check our measurements and calculate GLA (Gross Living Area) square footage.
  3. We deliver a finished floorplan in PDF format right to your email inbox. The final floorplan is always delivered within 48 hours of the measuring appointment. You can now add the floorplan to your printed marketing materials, online listing and website.
